Betty Maksudian

CEO

Betty Maksudian is a CO-Founder of NETS and is the glue that keeps the ship together. She serves many functions, but none more important than the supportive and dependable sounding board to the creative culture at NETS.

Betty has been married to her husband and partner, Mike, for more than 30 years. They are proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren. In their spare time, Mike and Betty enjoy spending time with family and playing golf together as much as possible.

Mike Maksudian

President

Mike Maksudian is a seasoned IT sales professional who has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in enterprise class IT products and services. His experience selling to some of the most demanding enterprise customers through desperate economic conditions is the impetus for IngenewIT™.

Mike has been married to his wife and partner, Betty, for more than 30 years. They are proud parents of two children and grandparents of two adorable grandchildren. In their spare time, Mike and Betty enjoy spending time with family and playing golf as much as possible.

Irfan Khurshid

COO/Partner

Irfan has been with NETS since its inception in 2009. Over a 16-year IT career, Irfan has supported the sales of hundreds of millions of dollars of IT products and services for Fortune 500 companies. He leads our BPO offerings and oversees teams of very talented In-genius sales support professionals and software programmers from our offshore headquarters in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Irfan has been married to his wife, Nisa, for more than 14 years and together they have four lovely children. They enjoy family time, especially helping their kids with their academics. And, when they aren’t studying, Irfan enjoys growing fruits and vegetables at their home.

John Robicheaux

VP – Customer Success

John started in IT Services over 25 years ago and has worked at many large companies including Microsoft. In that time John has filled many roles in software sales and support, and at NETS he manages the team responsible for onboarding new customers and nurturing their progress at the most critical, and early stages of their NETS journey.

John has been married to his wife, Michelle, for over 26 years. He has 3 beautiful daughters and 2 dogs. When not in the office, John enjoys cooking with his wife, getting out for a round of golf, hunting and fishing, or just spending time by a campfire.

Matt McCarty (PMP)

VP – H2O Datacenter & Advanced IT Solutions

Matt has over 20 years of experience managing large, global, and complex IT projects. In 2017, after 24 years at HPE, Matt joined NETS and managed a successful SAP migration for one of our largest enterprise customers. Matt leads our global racked solution projects, as well as our H2O Cooled Datacenter Program.

Matt has been married his lovely wife, Dana, for over 35 years and they have one daughter, Ann. When Matt, an avid bowler, isn’t spending as much time possible with his large extended family, he can be found in the local bowling alley in his pursuit of the elusive perfect game.

Syed Tausif

Chief Technology Officer

Tausif has been in the software development industry for more than 15 years. He is the lead database programmer for IngenewIT™ and has been with NETS since 2011. Tausif manages all software, website and application developers located in our Islamabad offices.

When Tausif isn’t writing, reviewing or scrubbing code, he enjoys spending his time with his wife of four years, and their son. He is a car and sports enthusiast, who enjoys, basketball, hiking and cycling with friends.

Mason Maksudian

Director - iSAM/TPM/PMP

Mason is one of our talented business leaders. He is PMP certified and leads our TPM/iSAM division supporting legacy hardware four our customers globally.

Mason spends most of his free time with his son, Rory, and together they enjoy mixed martial arts (especially Jiu Jitsu), snowboarding, and gaming.

Libby McPhillips

Director - Business Operations

Libby has been with NETS since its inception. She is a mother of two, grandmother to five, and great grandmother to two. She is responsible for general office management as well as AP/AR, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Expense Management, and Tax Coordination.

In her spare time, Libby enjoys reading books, binge watching Netflix and Amazon Prime originals, spending time with her extended family, and taking trips with her longtime friends, “The Daisies.”

Shehryar Kayani

Director – IT Sales Support

Shehryar (Shery) has been a valuable member of the NETS family for more than a decade. He has processed hundreds of millions of dollars of IT orders and is well versed in NETS competitive balance processes across all major OEM and Software Publishers. He reports directly to our COO and is responsible for managing and training all new sales In-geniuses.

Shery is a sports fanatic and when he isn’t spending time with family and friends, you can find him dining out and supporting his beloved Manchester United Football Team, and the Pakistan Cricket Team.

Noman Rauf

Managing Software Engineer

Noman joined NETS in 2016 after working for one of the top web development organizations in Pakistan. He is well versed in many programming languages and is one of the key software engineers supporting our IngenewIT™ platform.

Noman has been married for six years and has two adorable children. He is an avid table tennis player and enjoys spending most of his free time with family and friends.

Usman Akram

Director – Software Development

Usman joined NETS in 2013 and is an intricate member of the IngenewIT™ development team. He is a skilled coder in numerous programming languages and is our “go to” guy for complex programming solutions. His contributions to bringing IngenewIT™ to a commercial grade platform have been numerous. His motto… “eat, sleep, code & repeat.”

Usman is dog lover, and an accomplished equestrian, having won multiple local competitions.

Hussain Ahmed

Director - User Experience Design

Hussain is a skilled User Experience Designer having worked with many multi-national companies over the past 10 years. He is intricately involved in the management of all software, website, and application development projects at NETS.

Hussain has been married for four years, and when he isn’t in the office improving projects, he likes to spend time with family and friends; and when there is any free time left over, he likes to travel and explore.
